Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data I collect on this website, why I collect it, and what rights you have. It follows the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Hosting
This website runs on Kajabi (Kajabi, LLC, 17100 Laguna Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92618, USA). The quiz runs on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Both process data on my behalf as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data can be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Server log files
When you open this site, the hosting provider stores log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of access. This is needed to deliver the site and to keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in a stable and safe website.
4. The quiz
The quiz on this site asks how often certain patterns show up in your life, how you feel day to day, how much of your day you spend in heavy emotions, how happy you are with your life, and how well you feel your body. Some of these answers can say something about your mental or physical health. Under Art. 9 GDPR that is a special category of personal data.
What I store: your first and last name, your email address, your result (main pattern and further patterns), your scores, your goal, the areas you selected, and the state answers listed above.
Why: to show and send you your result, to send you the free training and the workbook, and to send you emails that fit your result.
Legal basis: your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) and Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR. You give that consent with the checkboxes before you get your result. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, by email to [email protected] or via the unsubscribe link in every email.
How long: I keep your answers as long as you are on my email list, because the emails I send you are based on your result. You can ask me to delete them at any time, by email to [email protected], and I will do that. I also clean up my list from time to time and delete the answers of people who unsubscribed or who have had no contact with me for a long time.
Important: the quiz result is not a diagnosis and does not replace medical or therapeutic support.
5. Email list and double opt-in
When you sign up, I send you a confirmation email. Only after you click the link in it do you get your result and further emails. I store the time of the sign-up, the time of the confirmation and your IP address, so the consent can be proven. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Emails are sent through Kajabi.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, I keep your email address on a suppression list so you don't get contacted again. Legal basis for that: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
6. Contact and applications
If you write to me or fill in the application form for coaching, I process the data you send me to answer you and to prepare our work together. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps before a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Where the application asks about your health, the legal basis is your explicit consent, Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site sets cookies that are needed to run it, for example to keep your session and to make the forms and the checkout work. On the quiz page, your answers are kept in local storage in your own browser, so the page can show you your result. That data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) TDDDG.
8. Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how this site is used: which pages are opened, how long people stay, which device and browser they use, and roughly where they are, based on a shortened IP address.
This helps me understand which content is useful and where people drop off. Data can be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google participates in. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in understanding and improving my website.
How to stop it: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), block third-party cookies or analytics in your browser, or write to [email protected]. You can also object to this processing at any time under Art. 21 GDPR.
9. Payments
If you buy something, payment is processed by Kajabi and its payment providers. They receive the data they need for the payment. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
10. Video
The training video is embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you open a page with the video, your IP address is sent to YouTube, because that is technically needed to load the player. In this mode YouTube does not set cookies for personalized advertising before you start the video. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in showing you the training on my own pages. If you don't want this, don't open those pages, or block third-party content in your browser.
11. Who gets your data
Only the providers who help me run this business: Kajabi (website, email, payments), Netlify (hosting of the quiz page), Google (analytics and video).
12. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to correct it (Art. 16), to delete it (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
